Where do you use hook?

Eye Hooks

Lifting hook is a device for grab hoist or crane. A lifting hook is usually equipped with a safety latch to prevent the disengagement of the lifting wire rope sling, chain or rope to which the load is attached.

According to the shape of the hook is divided into single and double hook .According to the manufacturing method for forging hook and laminated hook.

Single hook has the advantages of simple manufacture and convenient use. The force is not good, mostly used in weight of below 80 tons of workplace. Lifting heavy weight is often used by the symmetric force hook. Laminated hook is composed of a plurality of cutting forming steel plate riveted joint. While individual plate has a crack, the whole hanging hooks will not damage. The features of laminated hooks are better in safety , but larger in self weight. Mostly laminated hooks are used in heavy load or the lifting of the molten steel ladle crane. Hooks are often impacted in the process of work.  They shall be manufactured with good toughness of high quality carbon steel.

Hook classification is extremely wide, generally include: s hook, hook nose, American type claw hook with a hook, eye shape slip hook, screw ring with insurance card, chain shackle, with unique, innovative, high quality, safe . Applying in factories, mines, petroleum chemical industry and ship, dock and other fields. To ensure the safety, quality and safety coefficient, static load reached 3 times. Lifting weight capacity from 5 tons to 150 tons.
